My Experiment was a success! Peanut butter & Jelly cupcakes! White cake cupcakes, core out the center and pipe in raspberry preserve, ice with peanut butter cream (2 sticks of butter, beat with 1 cup of peanut butter, then add 1 tsb of vanilla extract, sift in 4 cups of icing sugar, add milk to smooth 1 tbs at a time, no more than 1/4 cup).
Delish, I'm making these for tabletop day!
