First time I have experimented with focus stacking - although my version of photoshop doesn't have an auto blend to use. My Macro lens is broken - so doesn't AF and only shoots wide open. But it gives wonderful closeups with very tight Depth of Field.
Aaron, that's pretty cool. I'm not a photographer, but I can see what you were after, to compose more than one shot and bring more than one object in focus. I really like how Gollum's body is soft but his face is in tight focus. Or in tight focusssesss
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you like it Pat BUT Matt took this one. I am sharing the blog with a few other folks in hopes of getting some inspiration. I saw Matt's pic and am now inspired to get out some minifigs and do a few of these myself!
